Description

Corallum of variable form, massive; tabularia cylindrical, rounded or oval with folds or smooth in transverse section; septa absent to well-developed, 12, laminar basally, spinose axially; tabulae horizontal, coenenchyme of prismatic tubules with transverse diaphragms.
