Description

Solitary; major septa long, somewhat withdrawn from axis; minor septa reduced to low ridges on lonsdaleoid dissepiments that disrupt septa in peripheral zone of variable width; neither skeletal thickening nor distinctive fossula, nor cardinal nor counter septa of distinctive length are seen in adult stages of type species; tabularium wide, tabularial floors low to flat-topped domes with edges curved into somewhat asymmetrical peripheral trough, tabulae complete or incomplete [see HILL & JELL, 1970b, p. 63].
